You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system performance, automate scraping activities, or use the service for harmful or illegal purposes. Any attempt to compromise platform security or disrupt services may result in permanent account termination and possible legal action.
Pasha Cars makes no guarantees regarding vehicle condition, transaction outcomes, pricing accuracy, or user reliability. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for disputes, financial losses, damages, or disagreements that occur between buyers and sellers.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time to improve platform operations, maintain legal compliance, or enhance user protection. Continued usage of Pasha Cars after changes are published indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
